We all have that thing or things we should do more... like, get haircuts more, use cologne or perfume every day, eat more fruits and vegetables... I want you to say ONE thing you want to do more every day... you can post multiple times, multiple days... but the point is to throw a goal out there.
So here is mine: I want to eat more fruit every day.
I wish I knew better ways to be more vegetarian, last time I did I was in college and had to stop because I became anemic. I am not sure where to start in that regards.
I just want to be happier. Sometimes I feel like the theme of my mind is a dark apocalyptic waste land.
Gotta make it all sunshine and roses!
Limit how hard on myself I am. Compliment myself, be a bit more assertive. 🤔
I should stop looking at my phone so much. Like reduce my screen time :P
I need to meditate. Take some quiet time out to recharge 😪
