hello so i made post on the weekend about how i wasnt motivated to eat well im now ok and im slightly not as depressed as i was and im not skipping meals as much anyway ive self reflected and i talked about it with my other online friends and they helped me and ill tell my psychologist and see what their opinion about my issue is and see their tips and ideas to not do it again are. Im better now so what my point is to say thanks!
